Announcement of Upcoming Ecumenical Prayer on the Occasion of the Day of Remembrance of the Holy Martyrs of the Armenian Genocide

On May 16, on the occasion of the 110th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide, an Ecumenical prayer will be held at the Notre Dame Cathedral of Ottawa, under the patronage of Her Excellency Anahit Harutyunyan, Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to Canada.

An intercessory order will be performed in memoriam to the holy martyrs of the 1915-1923 Armenian Genocide, with blessings of His Grace Bishop Abgar Hovakimyan, Primate of the Armenian Diocese of Canada, and in presence of Most Rev. Marcel Damphousse, Archbishop of the Catholic Archdiocese of Ottawa-Cornwall.

Everyone is welcome to take part in the above-mentioned ceremony.
