Ambassador Yeganian met the Foreign Minister of Canada

On June 15 Ambassador Armen Yeganian had a meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Canada, the Honourable Rob Nicholson.

Several issues of the Armenian-Canadian bilateral agenda were discussed. The sides emphasized the importance of the mutual visits of last few years.

The necessity of further enhancement of trade relations was underlined.

Ambassador Yeganian thanked Minister for the unwavering stance of Canada on the issue of recognition of the Armenian Genocide.

The sides reflected upon the active cooperation in international arena.
