Foreign Minister of Armenia meets Minister of Foreign Affairs of Canada

On September 19, Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian, who is in New York within the delegation headed by the President of the Republic of Armenia, met with the Foreign Minister of Canada Chrystia Freeland.

During the meeting, the sides exchanged views on the agenda of the Armenian-Canadian active political dialogue, further advancement of trade and economic ties.

The Foreign Ministers touched upon the issues of cooperation within the framework of various international organisations.

Edward Nalbandian and Chrystia Freeland touched upon the collaboration within the International Organization of La Francophonie (OIF), the preparatory works of the OIF Summit to be held next year in Yerevan.
